appear as “bad luck” or some such other excuse we seek to

               use  in  order  to  avoid  the  responsibility  of  our  own

               actions, of  having  to tell  ourselves that  we  knew we

               were doing wrong or should have known we were doing

               wrong. The sooner we take responsibilities for  all our

               actions, all our decisions, the easier the lesson will be.

                       How then is the best way to connect with this

               knowing  that  is  there  in  all  of  humanity?  Firstly  by

               accepting the hypothesis that in essence we are a Spirit, a

               component of THE Spirit. As this component we have
               access to all that is necessary for us to know. The way to


               become  more  familiar  with  that  Divine  aspect  of
               ourselves  is  through  Spiritual  Meditation.  Spiritual

               Meditation  is  simply  “parking”  the  body  so  that  our

               Spirit can become our consciousness.

                       I think that meditation is part of the path but

               not  the  goal.  We  must  clearly  define  our  purpose  for

               meditating. So often people use it as a means to relax and

               can be  heard  exclaim after  their  meditation  that  they
