Developing awareness 2.

The path of developing spiritual awareness lies equally
between the power of God—love and Satan—hate. As we

travel on this pathway we are constantly weaving on and off,
into the positive side then into the negative side. We don’t
travel a straight line. We are constantly presented with

experiences that test our understanding of life. Our response to
the test is further tested by the law of cause and effect and our

response to that will be either a negative reaction or a positive
action.
Have you noticed as you walk on the edge of a foot

path, that if there is no difference between the level of the road
and the footpath you don’t have a problem with your balance.

When the level of the path begins to rise above the level of the
road your balance is affected. The higher the path rises above
the road the greater your tendency to become unbalanced.

When you fall its always onto the road. Very seldom do you
fall onto the side that is the path. Similarly when you walk on
the path of developing awareness, it is a very narrow path that

constantly rises. The awareness you seek is at the very edge of
this path. As your positive awareness, represented in this
analogy by the path, develops and expands so too does your
