Spirit – Releasing the Light Within



                   o  Tense  your  shoulders  and  arms,  clench  your  fists,
                       allow a moment and then relax and let go.
                   o  Feel the energy from the light flowing through your
                       head,  neck,  shoulders,  down  your  arms  and  out
                       through your fingers.
                   o  Breathe slowly and deeply.
                   o  Tense  your  Chest  muscles,  hold  the  tension  for  a
                       moment, and relax them.
                   o  Tense  your  stomach  muscles,  again  holding  the
                       tension for a short while, and then relax them.
                   o  Breathe slowly and deeply.
                   o  Tense  your  buttocks  and  thigh  muscles,  hold  for  a
                       moment, and then release.
                   o  Tense your calf muscles and clench your toes, then
                       slowly relax them.
                   o  Continue to breathe slowly and deeply.
                   o  Feel  the  energy  from  the  light  above  your  head
                       flowing down through your body, down through your
                       arms  and  out  through  your  fingers,  down  through
                       your legs and out through your toes.
                   o  Mentally check this energy flow, ensuring there are
                       no ‘blockages’. If there is, tense the nearest muscle
                       to it and then release it.
                   o  Call  on  your  Spirit  Friend,  your  Spirit  guide,  your
                       Guardian Angel to come and be at your side to guide
                       you and protect you.
               Your body should now be fully relaxed. You will probably find
               that your mind is busy processing the instructions and jumping
               to address daily domestic issues. This is merely your ego trying
