o  See the Orange flower on your abdomen, closing and
                       enclosing.
                   o  See the Red flower on your base chakra, closing and
                       enclosing.
                   o  Visualise the Light above you slowly descend, to the
                       soles of your feet, wrapping you in Light. Then see it
                       ascend,  still  wrapping  you  in  Light,  and  finally
                       disappearing.
                   o  Feel  the  energy  within  you  flowing  through  your
                       body, down through your legs, flowing through your
                       toes and, like the roots of a tree, connecting with the
                       ground beneath your feet.
                   o  Open your eyes, stretch your body, smile.

               When you come out of your meditative state ensure you keep

               still until all in the group have opened their eyes. Don’t rush to
               break  the  circle.  I  find  it  good  to  discuss  ones  experiences
               during the meditation. This will help you assimilate with the

               spiritual benefits you gained through this process. Sometimes
               through discussion with others in the group one can share their

               experience and through the sharing gain more. There will be
               parts of the meditation that you have already forgotten and the
               experiences of others may trigger your memory of these parts.

               Like a dream, you need to bring your meditation into physical
               consciousness in order for it to become effective and to assist

               you remembering it. This post meditation discussion enables
               that to happen.
