Healing Meditations.

               Tree Meditation.

               Relax your body down using the relaxation technique.


               When relaxed …….

                   o  Visualise a country woodland.

                   o  Be aware of the different trees growing around you.
                   o  See all the different shades of green and gold, the
                       different shapes of the leaves, the different scents of

                       the trees.
                   o  Hear all the sounds of the woodland, the rustle of the
                       leaves, the sound of the breeze making its way through

                       the branches, the buzzing of the insects and the songs
                       of the birds.
                   o  Choose a tree that appeals to you.

                   o  Walk up to the tree.
                   o  Reach out and touch the bark and and note how it feels.

                   o  Stand beneath the tree, with your back against its
                       trunk.
                   o  Make sure your feet are firmly placed on the ground.
