o  As the waves recede feel how they carry away all your
                       fatigue, worries and anxieties. You are left totally

                       relaxed, energised, at peace, and at one with nature.

                    (Take about five minutes experiencing these feelings)


                   o  Be aware now that you are lying on the sand, on this
                       beautiful sunny day.
                   o  Once more remember all the feelings and sensations

                       you have experienced, and know you can
                       re-experience this feeling at any time. This is your
                       special place.

                   o  Gradually Leave the image of your beach and slowly
                       come back into your room, bringing with you all you

                       have gained in this experience.

               If you are in a group situation it is always good to compare the
               experiences of others in their meditations, before finally closing
               down using the closing down technique.
