Moon & Stars Meditation.

               Relax your body down using the relaxation technique.


               When relaxed …….

                   o  Visualise yourself sitting in a garden on a warm
                       summers night.

                   o  Smell the scent of the night flowers filling the air.
                   o  Be aware of the dark blue of the star filled night sky.
                   o  See the moon reflecting its light upon you.

                   o  Feel the energy from the moon, protecting, nurturing
                       and enlightening your sensitivity.
                   o  Experience the evening with every aspect of your

                       being.
                   o  Experience through all your senses.

                   o  Listen to the night birds who also feel the safety and
                       comfort of this moonlit night.
                   o  Now be aware of the stars twinkling in the sky above.

                   o  One of these stars is your special star, one that was
                       born at the moment of your birth.

                   o  Look for and pick out your special star, and be aware
                       of that star coming down from the sky, coming closer
                       to you.
