o  Feel how you are now part of that flower, and part of
                       God’s love in nature.

                   o  Feel the strength of the flower, able to withstand the
                       elements of life, and to share its beauty and perfection
                       with all who see it.


                    (Take about five minutes experiencing these feelings)

                   o  Now allow yourself to step back out of the flower, and

                       see it slowly return to its normal size.
                   o  Remember all you have experienced while in this
                       flower.

                   o  Bring with you the love, the peace and unity that is
                       nature into your everyday life and know too that you

                       are a special part of God’s unfolding creation.

               If you are in a group situation it is always good to compare the
               experiences of others in their meditations, before finally closing
               down using the closing down technique.
