Mountain Meditation.

               Relax your body down using the relaxation technique.


               When relaxed …….

                   o  Visualise yourself in an open flat space.
                   o  In the distance you can see a range of snow capped

                       mountains.
                   o  Feel the cool air around you, blowing gently on your
                       face, coming from those mountains, clear fresh and

                       invigorating you.
                   o  Look carefully at the mountains and choose one that
                       seems to call you to itself.

                   o  When you locate this mountain allow the wind to
                       strengthen and gently lift you into the air and transport

                       you safely to the top of the mountain.
                   o  Watch as you fly to the mountain.
                   o  Flying higher and higher, look at the ground below

                       you.
                   o  See the changes as you leave the flatness and begin to

                       ascend the mountain.
                   o  See how the trees become smaller in the distance.
