Flower Meditation.
Relax your body down using the relaxation technique.
When relaxed …….
o Visualise a beautiful flower garden on a bright sunny
summers day.
o See all the bright colours of the different flowers.
o Feel the different energies from the different flowers.
o Smell the distinctive scents around you.
o Be aware of the quality of each flower and how that
particular quality affects you.
o Choose one flower that is still only a bud, unopened.
o Choose one that most attracts you.
o As you watch this flower the petals begin to gradually
open, unfolding each of its delicate petals towards the
warm sun, until you can see its golden centre.
o See the flower gently grow in size until it is large
enough for you to safely climb inside.
o When you are inside the flower, sitting on its golden
centre, lean back and rest against its soft petals and feel
the sunlight and the light from the flower enfold you in
its love.
