RESOLUTION BY THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND REDEVELOPMENT
COMMITTEE AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH TERRACON ENVIRONMENTAL

SERVICES

WHEREAS, an environmental services firm is needed to provide environmental and
consulting services for redevelopment efforts in the Village of Sturtevant; and

WHEREAS, Terracon Environmental Services has submitted a proposal for
environmental and consulting services in support of redevelopment initiatives; and

WHEREAS, the Village Board is satisfied with the proposal submitted by Terracon
Environmental Services.

NOW THEREFORE, the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine County,
Wisconsin does hereby resolve:

1. That the execution of a contract with Terracon Environmental Services is
hereby authorized and approved.

2. Services will be rendered on as needed basis.
3. That the Village President and the Village Clerk are authorized to execute

any contracts or other documents necessary to carry out the intent of this
resolution.

Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine County,
Wisconsin, this 20th day of February, 2018.
