RESOLUTION BY THE FINANCE AND BUDGETARY COMMITTEE
AUTHORIZING DESIGNATING THE USE OF FUNDS GENERATED FOR THE
RENAISSANCE BUSINESS PARK AS PART OF TAX INCREMENT DISTRICT

WHEREAS, the Village of Sturtevant received $65,000 from MLG for
Capital Improvements / Purchases in Renaissance Business Park as part of Tax
Increment District #3; and

WHEREAS, Tax Increment District #3 was closed in 2016; and

WHEREAS, there is a need to designate where these excess funds
should be allocated.

NOW THEREFORE, the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine
County, Wisconsin does hereby resolve that the amount of $65,000 for Capital
Projects / Purchases from Tax Increment District #3 shall be placed in the Capital
Projects Fund which is Fund 401.

Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine County,
Wisconsin, this 20th day of February, 2018.
