Gon 8 August 1988 at Gokul Shirgaon under the
leadership of respected. M. S. Patil. Shri Abhaysinghraje
was the then cooperation minister. He had granted a special
permission to our Patsanstha by making it a lightning call
after MLA Shripatrao Bondre’s intervention.
Later, I demanded for the government order from
Mantralaya through my Government identity card. Few
years later, I resigned from the designation of the founder
– director of the Patsanstha after some clashes with the
management. Later, I was again on the board of directors
then, I was a chairman for a year.
Needy villagers started applying for loans rather
than demanding it from the landlords. But, a misguided
leadership and negative approach was the reason for shut
down of the other organizations of the village. Many
remained unemployed due to this.
I was a founder member and secretary of the
Dnyandeep Shikshan Prasarak Mandal for last 20 years.
High school was purposely established and it became
popular too. It received the government affi liation and a
much needed grant. I tried hard to get this affi liation by
visiting Mantralaya, visiting Mumbai for multiple times.
A tea seller Bawdekar and Balaso Chavan helped me a lot
