Liao, Rui-Fen
Ms. Liao majored in Japanese painting
and received a M.F.A. degree from the
Department of Fine Arts, Aichi Prefectural
University of Fine Arts and Music. She is
currently a professor at Chung Shan Medical
University’s Center for General Education
and Adjunct Professor at Tunghai University’s
Fine Arts Department. She had won the Chen
Chin Arts & Culture Award and was selected
to join the Nihon Bijutsuin Spring Exhibition.
Her artwork was honored by being included in
the collection at the National Taiwan Museum
of Fine Arts.
