MILTON (MIL Training Online) was developed as a means of helping
employees grow professionally and personally. Choose what interests you!
MILTON offers courses, certification prep, practice labs, books, book
summaries, and audiobooks. The 2021 training year has begun and runs
until the end of the year.
Within MILTON, Percipio has developed Aspire Journeys. Aspire Journeys give people a path for their dream role, enabling them to
develop their career, understand the skills required, and open up opportunities to grow within the organization. Each journey includes
practice labs, video courses, and multi-modal resources that culminates in a credential. They also contain Skillsoft’s market-leading
leadership and business training to develop learners’ management and communication skills throughout their career path. Access

Calling all employees currently preparing to take the PMP Exam !

Please complete your prep and sit for the exam as soon as possible.
Skillsoft’s PMP Certification Preparation training will soon be available only through live, virtual, instructor-led bootcamps. This
new training is planned to roll out by May 2021. These PMP Certification Bootcamps are planned as a series of weekly events that
collectively provide the 35 instructional hour requirement set by PMI. Employees will need the approval of their direct supervisor to
participate, as the bootcamps are only offered Monday through Friday, during work hours. The bootcamp calendar is linked here. A
Training Agreement must be completed and emailed to hr@milcorp.com.
Learners currently under way with PMP Certification preparation should complete efforts by April 30. Learners just starting PMP
Certification preparation will need to do so through the bootcamps.
There is no change to maintaining PDUs. Learners can continue to use the on demand content or take a bootcamp.
Note: PMP Certification Test Prep candidates are now going to be required to purchase a “Learner Kit”, available through Skillsoft, for
$99. The kit includes a student manual, PM checklists, course files post-class survey, spotlight videos, and a self-knowledge check.
