MIL named to the Fortune 100 Best Small & Medium Workplaces list !

MIL is proud to announce that it was named to the Fortune 100 Best Small and Medium
Workplaces list for the second year in a row! The ranking is based on confidential
survey feedback representing more than 189,000 employees working at small- and
medium-sized businesses in the United States. MIL ranked 75 out of 100, which was
the result of data taken from our 2020 survey that analyzed anonymous feedback from
our employees. Your daily experiences relating to innovation, MIL's values, and the
effectiveness of our leaders, were measured to ensure that experiences are consistent and
accurate.
“Best Workplaces like MIL have built dynamic, flexible, and transparent workplaces
founded on trust,” said Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work. “This gives
companies on this list a powerful opportunity not just to do well for their people, but
also to do well for their businesses.”
With about 800 employees in our workforce, this award is held with great pride, as MIL
strives to make its employees feel valued, comfortable, and rewarded in their day-to-day. We are constantly looking for ways to improve
our work-life balance, and although this year has been challenging for many, we are glad that our team is continuing to thrive against
all odds.

New workplace surveys to launch

Last year, we were honored to have been certified as a Great Place to Work and as a Top Workplace in both the
Washington, DC area and South Carolina. In an effort to continue to learn and grow here at MIL, we would love to hear
more about your opinions regarding your career at MIL and hope that you will complete the upcoming surveys on Oct. 21
(Top Workplaces) and Nov. 5 (Great Place to Work).
The Top Workplaces program recently announced that it is migrating to a National program, which will position MIL for
even greater awards. This movement will also upgrade the platform from which we analyze data and we are excited to have
assembled a team to help us interpret, learn, and grow from our results. Thank you in advance for participating, which
ultimately helps MIL to make this the best company it can be for you, our People Making the Difference!
