After a re-inspection audit resulting in zero nonconformances, the International Quality Registrars Corporation (IQR) recommended
MIL’s continuing ISO 9001 re-registration to its governing body. IQR evaluators had high praise for the REPS Sector’s efforts noting
“you knew your stuff’ and “you got it.” Noting that MIL’s Quality Team was “aware of expectations,” IQR succinctly summed up their
feedback with one word, “Wow.” IQR also further recognized REPS adaptability during the COVID crisis.
In congratulating the REPS team’s efforts following the audit, MIL Quality Assurance Manager Pete Prime expressed his sincere
appreciation to “all the participants that represented REPS during the ISO audit.” “It was clear that you were proud of your work, knew
where everything was located, and knew your expectations.” But above all, Pete recognized the team’s “dedication to our customer’s
expectations and satisfaction.”
REPS EVP Tom Clark added a “Huge thank you goes out to Peter and the MIL Team for this accomplishment!” Tom further
acknowledged that “without everyone’s buy-in to our quality system and continued efforts managing and executing REPS process and
procedure this would certainly not be possible.”
Congratulations to all of the hardworking and committed members of REPS team!
