Khula divorce in Kenya
Kenya practice Khula divorce like any other African countries. This kind of divorce
faces a lot of challenges in Kenya and most African countries. In the rare cases
where the wife is allowed to divorce the husband, their lives turn out to be difficult
and miserable since the children’s basic needs remains in the custody of her hands
which turns out to be a burden.
CONCLUSION
Globally, women should be given much respect especially in marriage life and
family relations. The female voices and the associated stories of their unending
marital struggles have been a subject of interest across different global media
platforms. Much has to be done both on religious and judicial decrees to change
their life-long suffering in the marriage setting. The world should hear their cries
and help them move away from the cruel hands of some of the husbands. The world
should embrace gender equality and much respect be given to them, because they
are the reason for our existence.
