Religion factor and marital satisfaction are the main driving force considered when
men and woman choose their marriage spouses. An Islamic research conducted by
Assessment for Muslim Marital Satisfaction (AMMS) in English and Arabic
culturally backgrounds and language that interviewed men and women. Both
genders said; they were having their spousal choices on the grounds of religion.
However, the rating of spousal influence on the grounds of religion revealed a
staggering correlation with subsequent marital satisfaction for women, with little or
no signal relationship on men. Most men wanted to marry women who were
religious devoted, while women wanted an engagement which is marital fit.
