The Benefits of First Fruits are as follows:-
1. God protects your increase (work, business ventures or other

income generating opportunities) when you honour Him with
your first fruits.

“And you shall observe the Feast of Weeks, of the first fruits
of wheat harvest, and the Feast of Ingathering at the year’s

end. “Three times in the year all your men shall appear before

the Lord, the Lord God of Israel. For I will cast out the nations
before you and enlarge your borders; neither will any man covet
your land when you go up to appear before the Lord your God
three times in the year.

Exodus 34:22-24 (NKJV)

From the scripture above, the Lord says that “neither man will covet
your land…”, which is a typology of your source of income. This
means that when your first fruit is separated unto God, the rest of
your income becomes holy and separated to God. In other words,
nobody can touch it and the enemy is forbidden from touching
that which you have consecrated to unto the Lord. Your income is
protected from the devourer.

From Romans 11:16 Amplified Bible (AMP),

If the first portion [of dough offered as the first fruits] is holy,
so is the whole batch; and if the root (Abraham, the patriarchs) is
holy, so are the branches (the Israelites)
