THREE UNDERGLAZE-DECORATED PORCELAIN SNUFF
BOTTLES

All of cylindrical shape; the first painted with an iron-red dragon
surrounded by cobalt blue clouds; the second painted with a cobalt
blue dragon in pursuit of a flaming pearl; and the third with two
copper-red dragons, one surrounded by cobalt blue clouds, the other
emerging from cobalt blue waves.

A FAMILLE-ROSE PORCELAIN ‘STAR GODS’ SNUFF BOTTLE
Cyclical date guisi, corresponding to 1893
Of slightly flattened stickneck vase shape, the shoulders molded with
lion mask and mock ring handles, painted to one side with figures
of the ‘Three Star Gods’ of Blessings, Longevity and Emoluments,
reversed by a dedication to fourth brother Jinzhang, dated, and signed
by Jiang Yuqing with one seal reading fang.
