A LARGE BAMBOO DISH
QING DYNASTY (1644-1911)
The dish is carved with shallow rounded sides that
rise to an everted rim. The exterior and the well
of the interior is well patinated with the natural
nodules of the bamboo.

One cup is carved around the exterior with finger
citrons borne on a branch that extends around the
sides. The other is similiarly carved with peaches.
