A pair of famille rose vases
Hongxian four-character marks, 20th century
Each delicately enamelled in mirror image with a pair of red-capped cranes on
rockwork beside a pine tree and large chrysanthemum and peony blossoms, all
beneath a turquoise-ground band containing three scrolling lotus alternating with gilt
bosses and another turquoise-ground band of floral peach lotus scroll at the foot.
Each 17.2cm (6¾in) high (2).
