roundel enclosing a fiery dragon pursuing a and 545, and 2nd December 2016, lot 834. For
‘flaming pearl’ amidst flames and cloud scrolls a Qianlong mark and period blue and white
on an inky powder-blue ground, the cavetto and example, see one sold at Christie’s London,
exterior similarly decorated with the dragons in 15th May 2007, lot 270.
