MING DYNASTY (1368-1644)
明 青釉刻纏枝蓮紋碗
The bowl is freely incised to the interior with three lotus
fowers growing from leafy scrolling foliage, encircling a
central bloom. It is covered in a celadon glaze of olive tone.

A CELADON CRACKLE-GLAZED TWO-HANDLED
CENSER
MING DYNASTY (1368-1644)
明 青釉雙耳爐
The censer is applied with two delicate loop handles to the
shoulder and is covered in a warm celadon glaze, sufused
with a dense network of light crackles.

A LONGQUAN CELADON ‘LOTUS’ BOWL
SOUTHERN SONG DYNASTY (1127-1279)
南宋 龍泉青釉蓮瓣碗
The bowl is moulded to the exterior with a band of slender
lotus petals, emanating from the foot. It is covered in a glaze
of soft bluish sea-green tone, pooling in the crevices of the
decoration and stopping neatly at the foot.
