A CARVED CELADON-GLAZED
CIRCULAR BOX AND COVER
QING DYNASTY (1644-1911)
清 青釉刻花卉紋蓋圓盒
The domed cover is carved with a foral bloom
growing from leafy scrolling foliage, encircled by
a band of raised bosses. The exterior of the box is
carved with a band of meandering foliage above
further raised bosses. It is covered in a celadon
glaze of olive tinge, pooling within the crevices of
the decoration.

清十八世紀 青花雲龍紋盤
The dish is decorated to the interior with a central
roundel enclosing a writhing dragon amidst
scrolling clouds. The exterior is painted with three
striding dragons chasing faming pearls. There is
an apocryphal Xuande mark to the base.

清十八世紀末 黃地纏枝蓮八吉祥炕

The shaped cushion cover is embroidered with
a central fower surrounded by densely scrolling
lotus and the Eight Buddhist Emblems, bajixiang.
The couched border is surrounded by scattered
bats holding chimes and further scrolling lotus.
