A GILT-BRONZE FIGURE OF AMITAYUS
18TH CENTURY
清十八世紀 鎏金銅無量壽佛坐像
The fgure is seated in dhyanasana on a double-lotus base with his hands in dhyanamudra, and wears loose-ftting robes
adorned with jewellery. The hair is pulled up into a tall topknot and falls in long segments down the sides of the shoulders. His
head is adorned with a headdress and his facial expression is serene.
