A GILT-BRONZE FIGURE OF JAMBHALA
19TH CENTURY
清十九世紀 鎏金銅黃財神
The rotund fgure is seated on the back of a fre-spewing dragon,
his right hand is raised and his left is holding a mongoose. He is
dressed in a billowing dhoti and adorned with beaded jewellery, the
bearded face with wide eyes and bushy brows is surmounted with
a foliate tiara and backed by a streaming ribbon.

19TH CENTURY
清十九世紀 鎏金銅無量壽佛坐像
The fgure is seated in dhyanasana on a double-lotus base with his
hands held in the lap. He is dressed in a dhoti with the folds piled
elegantly below the ankles. The face is serene with bow-shaped mouth
and elongated eyes fanked by large earrings below the ornate crown,
and the hair is pulled up in a topknot.
