Painted in black upon a Bowl of pottery, said to have
been made by Miura Kenya, about 1850 a.d., at Asakusa,
a district of Tokio. Ken-ya. Kenya, the name of the
maker. The style of this mark appears t5 be an imitation
of that of Shisui Kenzan, of Kioto, of which Numbers 237
and 238 are examples.
