A POLYCHROME ENAMELED SET OF THE THREE STAR GODS
Each figure portrayed dressed in layered robes with stamped
decorations holding their respective attributes, Fu, the god of
happiness holding a ruyi scepter symbolizing all wishes coming
through, Lu the god of emoluments holding a scroll symbolizing
an official career, and Shou, the god of longevity holding a peach
symbolizing long life, the wings on Fu’s hat and the top of Shou’s
staff detachable (small losses).

AN ASSEMBLED GROUP OF SEVEN POLYCHROME
ENAMELED TABLE AND DESK WARES
Late Qing/Republic period
The table ware including a pair of square-sectioned cups with
indented corners painted with a boating excursion to a river village,
each base bearing four-character Daoguang mark in red seal script
(both repaired and retouched); the third a covered teapot of flattened
globular form with a river village landscape painted in bright colors,
the base bearing a four-character Tongzhi mark in red seal script; the
fourth a covered food storage vessel painted with figures, the base
6289 of the bowl bearing a stamped Qianlong mark and the finial on the
lid bearing a stamped Tongzhi mark (repaired and retouched); the
desk accessories including a cylindrical brush pot with qianjiangcai
enameled landscape; a compressed globular water coupe painted
with a landscape in qianjiangcai enamels and black-painted
inscription, goldfish swimming across the floor of the well and
stamped jin yu jen cang in red on the base; the seventh a rectangular
brush rest painted with an immortal, attendants and a crane across
the stepped top.

A PAIR OF PORCELAIN PLATES, TRANSFER-PRINTED WITH A
PAINTING BY ZHANG DAQIAN (1899-1983)
Taiwan, late 20th century
Each printed in color with bamboo, lingzhi fungus and narcissus
surrounding a garden rock, inscribed Zhi xian zhu shou with the date
Republic 66th year (1977) second month, and colophon bearing the
signature Zhang Daqian Yuan and three seals; the reverse printed
with the manufacturer’s seal Datong ciqi.

A PAIR OF FAMILLE ROSE AND TURQUOISE ENAMELED
VASES
Zhan Si Tang zhi marks, 20th century
Each constructed with gilt handles on the waisted neck that
surmount shoulders encircled by a key-fret border, the ovoid
body covered in a turquoise enamel ground and decorated with
scrolling lotus motifs interspersed with fruiting peach branches,
small blossoms, and double happiness symbol, the recessed base
bearing the four-character mark in iron red in a reserve centering the
turquoise enamel applied to the recessed base.
