in deep folds around his body and a cap on his head, holding       at the waist, holding a small deer in his right arm and a lingzhi
a ruyi sceptre in his left hand, his face with a slight smile and  spray in his left hand, the face with broad smile and long beard,
long straggly beard, all supported on an oval rockwork base,       wood stand
the ivory patinated to a light honey tone                          34 cm, 13⅜ in.
