A GILT COPPER REPOUSSÉ FRAGMENT
15th/16th century
The long rectangular section depicting three Saivite deities raised upon
lotus pedestals within blooming arches, the first perhaps Agni on a
bull, the second perhaps Siva on a bull, and the third perhaps Kali
seated on the back of a crawling figure (dents, wear to gilt).

A LARGE GILT METAL ALLOY PHURBU
Comprised of iconography consistent with that of the dharmapala
Hayagriva: the ritual dagger surmounted by a horse head encircled by
a crown of skulls above three faces, one wrathful, one peaceful, and
one porcine, above a four pronged vajra suspending the tripartite blade
protruding from human heads with snakes and trunks in the place of
their chins .
