                                                             Both depicting fanged wrathful deities crowned in a diadem of skulls
                                                             above a ‘wisdom eye’ centering their foreheads, one painted in
                                                             predominantly red hues and one displaying a cream colored skin tone.

                                                             A SMALL BRONZE FIGURE OF TSONGKAPA
                                                             18th/ 19th century
                                                             Attired in Lama’s garb and tall hat separating a book and the
                                                             remains of a sword at both shoulders, his hands held upright in the
                                                             dharmacakra mudra, all raised on a double layer lotus band plinth, the
                                                             reverse showing more prominent areas of gilt, the underside unsealed.

                                                             The wrathful blue-skinned deity holding his eponymous vajra aloft in
                                                             his right hand within a flaming mandorla above a row of smaller figures
                                                             including Manjusri and the Sadaksarilokesvara and below a row of
                                                             three yellow-hatted guru figures lining the top edge of the painting.
