A SMALL OPAQUE YELLOW-GLASS
BOTTLE VASE
QIANLONG FOUR-CHARACTER INCISED
MARK AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-1795)
The vase is crafted with a globular body rising to
a tall neck supported on a short foot. The glass
is of a bright egg-yolk yellow tone with some
translucent striations following the form of the
vase.

AN AMBER CARVING OF LI BAI
18TH CENTURY
The drunken poet is carved in his typical pose,
leaning against a wine jar and holding a wine cup
in his hand. The amber is of a rich translucent tone
with some natural darker inclusions.
