SOUTHERN SONG DYNASTY, 11TH-12TH CENTURY
The ewer is fashioned with a strap handle and a gently curved upright spout.
The globular body of the ewer is separated into evenly-spaced lobes with
vertical ribs, supporting a faring rim.

SONG-YUAN DYNASTY, 12TH-13TH CENTURY
The jar is potted with bulbous body and a broad cylindrical neck, covered
overall with a sea-green glaze. The unglazed foot rim reveals the orange-red
coloured clay.
