DISHES
QIANLONG PERIOD (1736-1795)
Each oblong dish is decorated to the centre with a coat-of-arms
comprising a lion on a gilt shield surrounded by cannons, bombs and
spears, surrounded by four landscape panels within gilt spearhead borders.

AND WHITE AND ENAMEL ARMORIAL DEEP

CIRCA 1765 AND CIRCA 1725
The octagonal famille rose plate is decorated with elegant
fgures in a fenced garden and the border is enamelled with
the acollée arms of Raymond and Webster. The blue and
white deep plate is painted in coloured enamels and gilt with
the arms of Haldane between eagle supporters and above
the motto SUFFER, within a gilt and black border after a book
plate, while the Haldane crest is at the top.
The largest 9¿ in. (23.2 cm.) diam.
