A ‘THREE FRIENDS’ JADE TRUNK VASE
18th century
Carved in relief with branches of pine, prunus and bamboo encircling
the trunk-form vessel, with lingzhi stems at the base, the stone of
pale green hue with some light creamy mottling.

A PALE GREEN JADE ‘MAGPIE AND PRUNUS’ VASE GROUP
Qing Dynasty
Finely carved as a section of a hollowed tree trunk forming the
receptacle, carved around the exterior with a magpie perched on
gnarled branches issuing prunus flowers, all raised on pierced jagged
rocks, the stone of a pale celadon green tone, rosewood stand.
