AGATE-INLAID GILT-BRONZE BELT BUCKLE
Qianlong
Formed as three ovals encased in filigree, the
central oval inlaid with a smoothly-polished agate
stone, flanked by larger ovals each finely painted
with a European lady and gentleman reserved on
a blue floral ground, the reverse finely incised with
floral motifs. 11.5cm (4 1/2in) long.

TWO-PART BUCKLE AND A BELT HOOK

The first with two oval quatrefoil panels of leafy
chrysanthemum sprays on turquoise grounds,
within beaded borders, the hook and attachment
cast with confronted dragons, 14cm (5 1/2in)
long; the belt hook with a rectangular floral panel,
with dragon head and ruyi hook, 9.5cm (3 3/4in)
long. (3).

A LARGE PAINTED ENAMEL FACETTED
HANGING LANTERN
Mid Qing Dynasty
Of hexagonal section, the main body formed with
rectangular openwork panels, delicately decorated
with a floral pattern, below a reticulated flared
crown decorated with three headed ruyi-motifs,
all on a waisted base, with a later chain.
