17th century
Each potted with a compressed globular body with mamiform mouth
surmounted by a cylindrical neck rising into a garlic mouth, the exterior
painted in cobalt blue with panels of foliage and animal designs, all
supported on a short tapered foot.

TWO MONOCHROME CERAMICS
The first a Yingqing type shallow bowl, the interior well decorated with 548
flowers, the faint blue-tinged glaze covering all surfaces except the
rim; the second a Dingyao style dish with a freely incised lotus to the
sloping well, the unglazed rim mounted with a metal band.

Song/Jin dynasties, 11th/12th century
The flared conical bowl covered in and out with a transparent glaze
exposing the thin, white body above the narrow foot ring.
