The hexagonal globular body with floral sprays
below archaistic scrolls and bi discs at the
shoulder, raised on three cabriole legs with
beast masks at the hips, flanked with upward-
soaring handles embellished with keyfret and
connected to the mouth rim with bat-shaped
struts, the lid with lotus flowers and an
oversized bud knop. 28cm (11in) high (2).
