Furthermore, the commitment made hereunder intends to strengthen the momentum of each component of the
New-Caledonian company, within and beyond its social, economic, and societal components, and is intended to

be the founder of a new convergence of various components of the archipelago.

Notwithstanding the apolitical nature of the initiated approach in the development of the associated economy,
the approach observed under this confidentiality commitment intends to be:
- Founder of the human, economic, symbolic and legal partnership;
- Generator of a momentum resulting from the quality of leader of the receiving party, linking it to its
functions,

In addition, the approach that materializes hereunder intends to recall the enhancement of the Territory's fiscal
resources by the extent of the economic potential carried by the associated economy project.

The nature as well as the scope and extent of said economic development project affect many action areas, namely
projects:

- Import & export of aggregate materials from all origins and sources;
- Real estate, land, agricultural…;
- In the renewable energy production and supply sector (photovoltaic and other energy production
processes based on capturing solar energy);
- Allow the implementation of prospecting, the study, the search for solutions in terms of autonomous
constructions;
- Sustainable development, through the enhancement of territories under customary and common law;

While this presentation not being restrictive of course.

The Disclosing Party which is the author, and which holds as such all the rights and information about to be
delivered to the Receiving Party, intends to recall that the very content of this development project requires a
framed confidentiality in order to allow a balanced and healthy collaboration to the various stakeholders. This
information has a confidential nature that the Disclosing Party intends to protect.

The Disclosing Party therefore wishes to establish with the Receiving Party, within the framework of this
undertaking confidentiality, the conditions for the disclosure of this confidential information and to set the rules
relating to their use and protection.

THIS REMINDED, the parties also intend to specify the essential PURPOSE of this CONFIDENTIALITY FRAMEWORK:

General studies undertaken by the Consultancy MY BUSINESS CONSULTING SAS, incorporating
the goal of a true inter-regional exchange between the territories of New-Caledonia, particularly
represented by its 17th Government (the President M. MAPOU Louis) and regional territories,
starting with Vanuatu, represented here by its government.
