✓ The presentation of the general project to the great chiefdoms, carried by the
Consultancy MY BUSINESS CONSULTING, to be delivered to the Vanuatu government;

✓ The first obtaining of customary palavers worth "customary agreements" validated by
all the customary authorities of the place:

i. areas of customary, economic, and commercial influence where the various
aggregate materials will be delivered, (to the islands of EFATE, IFIRA, MALEKULA,
SANTO, TANNA, Others, etc.)
ii. areas of customary, economic, and commercial influence where the "limestone"
material will be extracted and exported from, (to the islands of EFATE, IFIRA,
MALEKULA, SANTO, TANNA, Others, etc.)

➢ IN RELATIONS BETWEEN THE MELANESIAN SPEARHEAD GROUP (MSG), BIGWATER CONSULTANTS
GROUP LTD and MY BUSINESS CONSULTING SAS:

9. The gift of a custom to the representatives of the administrative body within the MELANESIAN
SPEARHEAD GROUP (MSG) based in VANUATU, in particular to its Managing Director,
collaborators and staff assigned to project studies, (delegated custom: humility, respect and
good morning)

10. Obtaining an " AA - Administrative Authorization " from the MELANESIAN SPEARHEAD GROUP
(MSG), as their endorsement from the Vanuatu Government approving the initiative and thus
supplementing the hedge of the Consultancy MY BUSINESS CONSULTING SAS, then covered by
an AAI,

11. Under cover of the AAI granted by the Vanuatu Government via its administration to My
Business Consulting SAS:

✓ Investigate within the administration of the MSG the existence of a possible similar
authorization granted to a third-party entity or person.

i. Report to MY BUSINESS CONSULTING SAS,
ii. Participate in additional studies in its feasibility phase,
