1. The gift of a custom to the representatives of the institution of the Vanuatu Government, in
particular to the President, the ministers, heads of departments and collaborators assigned to

2. To initiate on behalf of the Vanuatu government the launch of secured and guaranteed import
study projects of all types of aggregate materials (which should be listed and appended to the
mandate) of international origin and provenance including Caledonian slag. This commitment
covered by a Letter Of Intention (L.O.I) equivalent to an “exclusivity mandate” will be granted
to the Consultancy MY BUSINESS CONSULTING SAS by the VANUATU Government.

a. Project studies registered in:

✓ A vast program for the development of the territory and the islands of Vanuatu and
✓ In a participatory program in the economic recovery plan for interregional territories
here supported by the Government of New-Caledonia in partnership and mutual aid to
the Government of Vanuatu registered in the same approach.

3. To study the project to launch a program for the secured and guaranteed extraction and
exportation of Vanuatu limestone to the territory of New-Caledonia and internationally,

✓ A program to supply "LIMESTONE" raw material, necessary for the operation of a
metallurgical factory located in the south of the territory of New-Caledonia and managed
by PRONY RESSOURCES industries,
✓ Along with a participatory program in the economic recovery plan for interregional
territories, here carried out by the Vanuatu Government in conjunction with the
Government of the territory of New-Caledonia,
