Mean increase in ocular perfusion (OP) compared to baseline at 1, 6, and 12 months:
5.38, 9.04, and 2.49 mmHg in the DTFC group

0.86, 5.72, and 4.77 mmHg in the LTFC group
Mean increase over 1 year of treatment in OP:
                 10.46% in the DTFC group
                 7.47% in the LTFC group

Figure 6: Fluctuations in ocular perfusion pressure compared to base-line at 1-, 6-, and 12 months visits with DTFC and LTFC treatment

CONCLUSION: The DTFC group showed lower vascular resistance in retrobulbar vessels compared to the
LTFC group. DTFC provides a statistically significant higher perfusion pressure and lower vascular resistance
in retrobulbar vessels compared to the LTFC group after 1 year. DTFC could improve optic nerve perfusion
                 better than LTFC.
