#3: Filters
There are 121 different filters (well, last time I counted anyway) that do everything from special effects, to fixing problems, to making things look
awesome, to making things look awful, and you can use them in combinations to create amazing, wonderful, fascinating things. There are filters that can
make wheels on a car look like they’re spinning and filters that create smoke or fire. There are filters that create picture frames, there are filters that make a
photo look like an oil painting, and everything in between, and most give you lots of control over how they look.

               #4: Brushes
Lightroom has the Adjustment Brush, and you can paint with a hard-edged brush or a soft-edged brush. But, Photoshop is brush paradise—there are
hundreds of different types of brushes, shapes of brushes, settings, and options galore. There’s just an amazing amount of power there. You’ll be using
these brushes a lot and you don’t even have to know how to draw (I can’t even draw a stick man). These are powerful tools in the hands of a photographer.
