registered office at Honey Green Barn, Smithbrook Barns, Horsham Road, Cranleigh,
Surrey GU6 8LH. It is registered for VAT, number 314 9369 88 with its financial year
ending 30th June. Its auditors are Alliotts, solicitors - Downs Solicitors and accountants
and company secretary – Oakwood Business Consultants. The board comprises:

It is intended that the Group accounting process, driven by Xero should be as streamlined
and cost effective as possible. HNL’s F&B and bay rental software will produce operating
numbers reviewed by its in-house bookkeeper. They will be passed to STR’s Accountant
for review and conversion to legal book numbers. HG&L will complete the accounts,
adding in group charges and bringing them up to audit standard to be passed to the
Group’s auditors. This approach will speed their production at reduced cost.
