1. Doctor : Good morning, Miss Smith. What brought you along today?
2. Patient : Um, I have this pain in my chest. It seems to cover the whole chest.
3. Doctor : How long has the pain been brothering you?
4. Patient : Um, about two months.
5. Doctor : OK, when did you first notice the pain?
6. Patient : Two months ago. I was sitting in my living room and suddenly I
got this really bad pain.
7. Doctor : How long did it last?
8. Patient : Usually about five to ten minutes.
9. Doctor : OK, could you describe the pain for me?
10. Patient : It’s a throbbing type of pain.
11. Doctor : Does anything make it worse?
12. Patient : Usually it’s worse during my period and when I drink cold water
or coffee.
13. Doctor : Is there anything else apart from these pains?
14. Patient : Um, no.
