MyHealth Clinics
On-site clinics make it easier for you to get the care you need. Save
time and expense when you use the MyHealth Clinics for your
basic (primarily preventive) healthcare needs. The clinic is free for all MYHEALTH TOOLS
employees and dependents on the MyHealth HSA plan.
• Big Brown: Tuesdays 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
• Kosse: Wednesdays 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
• Monticello: Wednesdays 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Oak Grove: Thursdays 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
• Three Oaks: Wednesdays 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. and
Thursdays 7 a.m. - 11 a.m.
• Comanche Peak: Wednesdays 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. and
Thursdays 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
• Sandow: Thursdays 12 p.m. - 5p.m.
Pay a $25 discounted office visit fee for employees and dependents on
the MyHealth HSA plan when you visit these near-site WPA Clinics:

• Pflugerville Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and
Thursdays 7 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
• Longview Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Services include:

• Patient referrals • Urgent illness and injury
• Biometric health screenings • Immunizations (age 6+)

MobileDoc
The MyHealth Clinic at the COF and the MobileDoc at the Martin Lake
plant and mines also offer primary, urgent and preventive medical care.
Services are offered free of charge for all employees and dependents on
the EFH medical plan.

COF:
• Mondays 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.

• Wednesdays and Thursdays 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Martin Lake Plant and Mines (Rotational):
