a comprehensive suite of resources to help you and your family live
healthy. These resources — available to all employees and families
enrolled in our MyHealth HSA Plan — extend well beyond medical
insurance.
Health is more than a number on the scale or on a blood pressure

Reviewing medical bills and finding and resolving these billing errors
is just one way Compass can help you navigate the confusing healthcare
landscape. Our MyHealth Pros can also help you:
• Complete your 2017 MyHealth activities. Compass can answer
any questions about your activities to help you earn the largest
company contributions into your MyHealth HSA. You can also track
your MyHealth activities on the Compass GetConnected! portal at
member.compassphs.com.
• Select doctors. Compass can find physicians or dentists that fit your
needs and preferences, such as appointment availability, gender,
years in practice, hospital affiliation and more.
• Compare procedure and facility costs. The costs of many
common medical procedures can vary by thousands of dollars for the
same quality care. Compass will find the best price in your area.
• Pay less for prescriptions. Compass will compare medication prices
for you. They will also work with your doctor’s office and pharmacy to
set up new prescriptions and mail order options.
• Schedule your appointments. Once you decide which provider best
meets your needs, Compass can schedule the appointment for you.
• Understand your benefits. Our MyHealth Pros are experts on the
details of our medical, dental and vision coverage. They can save you
time by getting you faster answers to your benefit questions.
• Make sense of your care options. If you’re unsure of what your
doctor said or meant, Compass can follow up to get answers and
ensure you understand your options or instructions.
If you want Compass to contact your doctor or insurance company on
your behalf, they may require you to fill out an authorization form so your
MyHealth Pro can advocate on your behalf. Your MyHealth Pro will send
you any required forms that may need to be completed, and you can
email or fax the completed forms back to your MyHealth Pro. Remember
that your individual information is protected by law and held confidential.
