than previously expected thanks in part to higher oil prices.

The Canadian government has once again invoked a 1977 pipeline treaty in a
bid to avoid the shutdown of Enbridge’s Line 5 pipeline.
Asset sales
ExxonMobil has struck a deal to sell its Fayetteville shale assets in Arkansas
to Flywheel Energy and has separately agreed to sell its share in Aera Energy.
Another expansion
Cheniere Energy has outlined plans to add further capacity to its Corpus
Christi LNG terminal, beyond the expansion now under construction.
